01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 99pak ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at https://99pak.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any part of the 99pak Platform — whether as a guest browsing content or as a registered account holder — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

These Terms apply to all users of the 99pak Platform regardless of their location. However, the Platform is specifically designed and marketed for adult players residing in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 99pak Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 99pak strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by 99pak or any other gaming operator with a reciprocal exclusion arrangement with 99pak .
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of 99pak, or an immediate family member of any such person.

99pak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 99pak services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active player account on the 99pak Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep that information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 99pak will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of breach: You must notify 99pak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 99pak support team. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses may affect the timing of final withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99pak Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 99pak reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. A minimum of one successful deposit using the intended withdrawal method is required before withdrawal to that method is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business hours during banking hours.
• No fees: 99pak does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 99pak bears no responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

99pak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live casino games and certain slot categories may have reduced contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived from expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless the relevant promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: 99pak reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any other form of abuse.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet slip is Rs 500, unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

06 Gameplay Rules & Betting

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and sports betting activities conducted through the 99pak Platform:

• Game rules: Each game available on the 99pak Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or in the relevant help section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, 99pak reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake to your account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and play. 99pak's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Sports betting: All sports betting is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Results are determined by official sources. 99pak reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets based on official results from governing bodies such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• Palpable errors: 99pak reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (palpable error), including but not limited to typographical errors, data feed errors, or system configuration errors. Winnings derived from palpably incorrect odds will not be paid.

07 Responsible Gaming

99pak is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are available to all account holders at no charge and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure timed notifications to alert you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Accounts are locked for deposits and wagering during this period.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 99pak Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net session profit or loss and the time elapsed since you started playing.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one player account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction through your payment provider after the corresponding funds have been wagered.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 99pak staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 99pak Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 99pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without the express written consent of 99pak.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party website or service.

Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99pak and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from a technical malfunction, system outage, or network interruption.
• Loss of data or account information caused by circumstances beyond 99pak's reasonable control.
• Interruption or suspension of services for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error or typographical mistake.

The 99pak Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

99pak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• We collect registration data (including CNIC information), transaction records, gameplay history, and device/browser information for operational, legal, and security purposes.
• We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which 99pak holds its operating licence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
